Top UK universities are now offering fully funded scholarships for international students pursuing Master’s degrees in Artificial Intelligence. Backed by the UK government and leading institutions, these AI scholarships are part of a national plan to accelerate innovation and attract global talent.
Applications are open for the 2025–26 academic year — and Indian STEM graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
What the AI Master’s Scholarship covers
Selected students receive full tuition coverage, living expenses, and additional academic support through university or government funding. The scholarship aims to improve diversity in AI and fill skills gaps in critical sectors like healthcare, transportation, cybersecurity, and energy.
Each university manages its own selection and intake process under the broader UK AI strategy.

Applicants can apply directly through each university’s designated AI or Data Science department.
Who is eligible
Applicants should hold a strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. While a UK degree is not required, evidence of academic excellence and technical ability is essential.
Some programs may also ask for prior AI or programming exposure (Python, ML basics, etc.), and GRE or IELTS scores depending on the course structure.
